On our third dive of the trip, visibility opened up just as the current pulled us into the pass. Out of the blue, a shadow appeared — and the stripes gave it away instantly.The shark circled once, slow and deliberate, before vanishing back into the haze. It reminded me how fragile — and powerful — these ecosystems really are.
